Mark Your Calendar!
Come with your team. Leave with a clearer sense of why we lead and practical tools you can bring home to your church.
Who it’s for
Worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, music directors, and production and tech teams—from any church, at any stage.
Whether you’re building a team at a church plant, serving faithfully as a volunteer, or leading across multiple campuses, there’s a place for you here. You don’t have to be the person in charge. This is an investment in the whole team.
Role-specific breakouts for vocals, band, music directors, and production will help you grow in your craft. Together, we’ll also explore how to lead rehearsals, develop people, and serve from a healthy walk with God.
The heart behind
the conference
“Here am I. Send me.”Isaiah 6:8
Before Isaiah said, “Send me,” he encountered God’s holiness and received his mercy. His willingness to go grew out of what God had done in him.
That’s where we want to begin, too. Our hope is to help form worship teams whose service flows from a life changed by God’s mercy—people who care for one another, serve sacrificially, and lead their churches with passion and humility.
In view of God’s mercy, we offer our lives to him as worship (Romans 12:1). We want to pour into your team the same way we pour into our own, making room to renew your heart as you grow in the work God has given you.
